How to Redeem Your EZ Tix Online:
Go to tickets.hartfordstage.org
1.Click “Order Seats” for the show you wish to purchase
2. Click “Order” for the date and time you wish to purchase
3. Click into the seating chart for the section you wish to purchase
4. Change the Ticket Type from “Full Price” to “EZ-Tix”
5. Select your seats and click “Order Seats”
6. Log in with your user name and password
7. Verify your order to ensure you are selecting the correct show,
8. date and time and click “Proceed to Checkout”
9. Select your EZ Tix Package from the drop down box and click “Next”
10. Verify that your contact information is correct and click. “Proceed to Checkout”
11. Click “Submit” to finalize your order
To Exchange your EZ-Tix to another date: Please call the box office at
860-527-5151. Unfortunately, EZ-Tix exchanges cannot be made online.
