Renew your subscription to the 2008/2009 online today! Here's how:
Please note: If you are requesting changes (i.e. series or seat changes) to your subscription, your renewal cannot be processed online. Please call the box office at 860-527-5151 to renew your subscription.
To renew your subscription online:
1. Go to My Account
2. Enter your login and password (Found on your renewal form)
3. Click Log-In
4. If you are renewing DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT!
5. Verify that your contact information is correct, including your email address. Once you have updated your account details make sure you click Save all changes.
6. Click Subscription Renewal in the actions menu and select Add to Basket for your first subscription seat. If you only have one seat to renew, please proceed to Checkout.
To renew more than one subscription seat, please follow these instructions.
7. After you have selected Add to Basket for your first subscription seat, please click My Account on the top right.
8. Then select Subscription Renewal.
9. Renew second subscription seat by selecting Add to Basket.
10. Please repeat steps 7-9 for each additional subscription seat.
Please note, only one subscription seat can be added to the basket at a time. This process will need to be repeated for each additional subscription seat.
11. Once all subscription seats have been added to your basket, please proceed to Checkout.
