Education & Outreach Program Support.

When money is tight, schools tend to cut arts programs first. Here’s your chance to bridge the gap by supporting in Hartford Stage’s Education and Outreach programs. Ours are among the most extensive education programs offered by any New England arts organization, reaching more than 17,500 students each year. Grants from generous corporations and foundations allow us to introduce young minds to live drama, most for the first time.

We use arts to help children develop important life skills like comprehension, analysis, decision-making, predicting, critical thinking, and communication. We also introduce new career ideas in the creative and technical arts and cultivate the next generation of theatre participants.

To discuss opportunities for support, please contact:

Sue Davison, Director of Development via e-mail or call her at 860-520-7249.
