Corporate Giving Manager

Education Production Coordinator
Hartford Stage seeks a Production Coordinator for its Education Department summer productions. The Education Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all technical and production activities for our Education Department summer productions, including our Breakdancing Shakespeare production, Teen Musical , and Youth Ensemble productions. The Production Coordinator will report to the Director of Education and Production Manager, and will work closely with the Technical Director, production directors, designers and stage managers. Duties include managing production meetings and calendars, coordinating builds, rentals, purchases, etc., and supervising technical rehearsals, load-in and strike for all productions. Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in theatre production, with experience working on youth productions preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, creativity and resourcefulness a must. Background check required. Part time May 1-June 4 (approximately 20 hours per week); full time June 5-August 20.
