NEW Entourage Group Discount Program
There’s no need to worry about collecting payments from family, friends and colleagues! Our Entourage Group Discount Program is a convenient, easy way for membership, alumni and social organizations to gather at Hartford Stage for a discounted evening of Broadway-caliber theatre! Simply select a single date for your group of 10 or more to see a show at Hartford Stage, then contact Group Sales and we’ll create a custom discount code and e-vite for you to send to your guests. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets as early as possible to ensure that everyone in your group is able to purchase tickets for your selected show. Contact our group sales office to learn more.
Group Ticket Payments
Full payment is due at the time of reservation unless alternate arrangements have been made with the Hartford Stage group sales coordinator.
How to Place Your Order
- Determine the play(s) you would like to see, pick a date and time, and estimate the number of tickets you would like to reserve.
- Make your reservation online or through our group sales coordinator at (860) 520-7125 or groupsales@hartfordstage.org. Your seats will be reserved in our ticketing system, and you will receive a contract containing payment information and terms and conditions of the sale (please read our group ticketing policy here).
- Once the contract is received, the assigned group leader should sign the contract and return it to Hartford Stage by the required due date.
- You may change the number of people in your group up to four (4) weeks prior to your group’s scheduled performance date. Final count and payment are due at this time and cannot be revised.
