Can more than one member of my household view the play?
Yes — you only need one log-in and ticket per household. Anyone outside of your household, however, would need to purchase a separate ticket and set up their own account.
When can I watch the recording?
As soon as you purchase your digital ticket, you’ll have access to view the recording for 48 hours. If you’d like to view it outside of that limited time window, you’ll have to purchase another digital ticket.
How long will the play be available to stream online?
Digital tickets for this recording will be available for a very limited time only, from March 20 – April 3, 2022. Sales will turn off promptly at 10:00PM on Sunday, April 3 to allow for a full viewing experience.
What is the duration of the play?
The runtime of Dishwasher Dreams is approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes. You can, of course, pause the video whenever you like. The video will reset when you leave the window, however, so please make sure to note the minute where you have stopped watching to return to the correct moment later.
Can I go back and watch the play online again?
Yes. You can view the recording as many times as you like within your 48-hour ticket window.
What browsers do you recommend?
The recommended browsers for viewing are updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Internet Explorer will not work well with the video stream.
Can I watch from my phone or tablet?
Yes, you can follow all the same steps to purchase and access your digital content.
How do I control the volume?
In addition to the regular sound capabilities of your chosen viewing device, there is a volume control button inside the video stream of the play, located in the lower right corner of the video frame.
How do I make the video larger on my screen?
To view the video in full screen mode, click on the square icon on the lower right corner of the player. To exit full screen mode at any time, you can press the “Esc” button to return to the main viewing page.
Can I watch from my television?
If you have an existing at-home system with a SmartTV or device that allows you to stream, cast, or mirror to your television set, you are welcome to enjoy the viewing experience from your television.

Will captions be available?
Yes! We are pleased to be able to offer subtitles in both English and Spanish for this digital recording starting Monday, 3/21. To turn on captions in English or Spanish, please click CC in the bottom right corner of the video screen, and select your preferred caption language.
Will audio description be available?
Unfortunately, we were not able to capture audio description to accompany this recording.
