Teen Musical featuring The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical

July 7 – August 8, 2025 (Performances on August 8 & 9 at 7 pm)

Teens will rehearse and perform in a full production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical which will be performed at the Hartford Stage Main Stage in downtown Hartford. Students will spend time rehearsing and taking part in enriching theater craft classes. Students will also take a field trip to New York to see a Broadway show.
For Ages 12 – 18
Technical Theater Track
Ages 12-18
July 7 – August 1, 2025 (With some performances taking place outside of regular hours. Crew positions determine schedules.)

In this program, students will spend their mornings working with members of the Hartford Stage technical staff learning about various elements of backstage craft, including sets, props, costumes, lighting and sound. Afternoons are spent exploring elective classes of their choice. Students will have the opportunity to assist with crew for various performances throughout summer. Students will also take a field trip to New York to see a Broadway show.
For Ages 10 – 14
Youth Ensemble featuring Something Rotten, Jr.
Ages 10-15
July 7 – August 1, 2025 (Performances on August 1 at 7 pm and August 2 at 2 pm)

One-Act Play

Young actors will hone their skills with training in the basics of acting and improvisation, working toward a non-musical production.

Junior Troupe featuring Seussical Kids
Ages 8-11
July 7 – 25, 2025 (Performances on July 25 at 7 pm and July 26 at 2 pm)
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
$1,100 ($1,065 when combined with Page to Stage Players)
Students will rehearse and perform a full musical production of Seussical Kids. Students will split their time between rehearsing and taking part in classes in acting, movement and other theatre skills.

Ages 8-11
July 28 – August 1, 2024

$380 ($355 when combined with Junior Troupe)
Spend the week with us creating a performance based on books selected from current summer reading lists. Students will use stories, music and fun theatre activities to create a final share performance.

Children’s Cast
Ages 5-8 * Please note: to be eligible for the Children’s Cast, students must have completed Kindergarten. Students will be split into groups based on age – generally 5-6 and 7-8.

$735 per session (2 weeks); $1,420 for both (4 weeks)
Students will take classes in story theater, creative movement, music, puppetry, and arts and crafts. Each session ends in a mini-production that the cast creates based on favorite stories and characters.

Day Dreamers
Ages 3-5 * Please note: our Day Dreamers program is for Pre K students only. To be eligible, students must be potty trained.

Early Drop Off / Late Pick Up
Early Drop Off (8:00-8:45 am) or Late Pick Up (4:15-5:30 pm) is available every day of camp. You can select the days and sessions you need for only $5 per session (fee is per family). Click here to purchase online!
