For groups of 10-29, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

 For groups of 30+, split payments are acceptable.  50% will be charged at the time of reservation, and the remaining 50% will automatically be charged 30-60 days prior to the performance date (due dates vary based on size of group and performance date).  Please note:  the 50% deposit is non-refundable 30-60 days before the performance.

How to Order

  1. Determine the play(s) you would like to see, pick a date and time, and estimate the number of tickets you would like to reserve. Keep in mind that price varies by day of the week. 
  2. Contact our group sales coordinator at (860) 520-7114 or to place your reservation. We will reserve your seats in our ticketing system and send you a contract outlining payment options and deadlines, as well as terms and conditions of the sale (please read our group ticketing policy here).
  3. Once your group receives the contract, the group leader must sign the contract and mail it back by the indicated due date with the deposit.
  4. You may change the number of people in your group up until four weeks prior to your performance date. Final count and payment are due at this time.

All groups of 10 or more will receive the 40% rate for the following performances:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday preview
    performances at 7:30 pm
  • Sunday 7:30 pm performances
  • Wednesday and Saturday 2 pm matinees

(This offer excludes A Christmas Carol – A Ghost Story of Christmas and Kiss Me Kate for the 2014/15 season)
