• Hartford Stage will discuss event details and provide an event summary and quote within 1-3 business days from client request.
• Client must confirm the event details in writing no more than 5 business days after receiving the initial quote to reserve space.
• Hartford Stage requires a 50% deposit of estimated expenses 30 days after contracting to confirm the date.
• If the event is confirmed with less than 30 days’ notice, deposit is due within 7 days.

Certificate of Insurance must be provided no later than 10 days prior to event date, showing coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for both bodily and property damage during the rental period. “Hartford Stage Company, Inc” is to be listed as the “Additional Insured” on the policy.

The MAT Garage provides a special flat rate of $7 for guests attending events at Hartford Stage. Additional garages throughout Hartford and on street parking is also available.

There is 1 hour for each setup and breakdown included in the rental. If your event requires more than 1 hour before and/or after, you will be charged $100 per additional hour.
