Hartford Stage, a Tony-Award winning theater, hosts its first Red Carpet Party in tandem with the annual award show to celebrate theater’s biggest night! Join friends and fellow theater-lovers on our red carpet, strike a pose with a Tony yourself, enjoy specialty cocktails (and mocktails!) at our open bars, and watch the 78th Tony Awards live on a big screen from the comfort of our theater. Plus, you can join in on extra fun-filled activities all night long in support of Hartford Stage!

Parking at Hartford Stage is easy! On the weekends, all street parking in downtown Hartford is free – but if you don’t find a spot, head right into the MAT Garage, conveniently located right next door to our main entrance at 50 Church Street for just $7.

Hartford Stage’s bar is fully stocked with non-alcoholic options, too. We promise there will be options worth your ticket price – plus its all in support of a good cause. All proceeds support Hartford Stage’s education programs.

No. Seating will be general admission for the viewing of the Tony’s. We know not everyone wants to sit the entire time, and the lobby will remain active. The bars will remain open so that you may come and go from the theater as you please.

We are excited to bring the Tony Awards to Hartford, so feel free to dress as if you were attending the ceremony! Creative elegance is always encouraged at Hartford Stage!
