Costumes from the Hartford Stage production of Hamlet will be a part of the upcoming “First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare” exhibition through September 25 at The William Benton Museum of Art at UConn in Storrs. The costumes were designed by Fabio Toblini for Darko Tresnjak’s 2014 production. Published in 1623, the First Folio is the first collected edition of Shakespeare’s plays. To mark the 400th anniversary of The Bard’s death, the Folger Shakespeare Library is sending a First Folio to one location in each state for display this fall.
